ParkSyde One

One shared platform for the whole ParkSyde community — operations, care, the office and connection, on any device. It's protected: everyone signs in, and each person sees exactly what their access level allows.

You'll be asked to sign in when you enter. New here? Request access and an administrator will set you up.

Nervous about a new system? Read the how-to guide, or try the Practice Lab — a safe copy where you can't break anything.

Access model

One system, by level — starting with the public park

The website and ParkSyde One are one system. The public park is Level 0 — open to everyone, with nothing collected. Signing in simply lifts you up the same ladder: each level builds on the one below, assigned by an administrator to match your role, so you see everything you need and nothing you don't.

Not sure which level you need? That's fine — an administrator sets it for you when you're approved, and it can change as your role does.

How your access is protected

Secure by design

ParkSyde One is a private system. Here's plainly how sign-in and access work, so you know your information — and everyone else's — is looked after.

You sign in

Every person signs in with their own secure account. There's no shared password and no anonymous access — the platform always knows who you are.

Your level is applied

Once you're in, your access level decides what you can see and do. The platform only shows you the areas your level allows.

Your data is guarded

Access rules are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen — so information stays protected even behind the scenes.

An administrator manages it

Leadership assigns and adjusts access levels. If your role changes, your access changes with it — and access can be removed the moment it's no longer needed.
