Starting with ParkSyde

A simple guide to reaching out and what happens next. There's no right way to start — this is just here to make the first step easier.

What ParkSyde offers

ParkSyde brings a few kinds of support under one roof — counselling, psychology and assessments, NDIS support, employment pathways, courses and community. You don't need to know which one you need. Tell us roughly what's going on, and we'll help point you the right way.

How to reach out

Whatever's easiest for you:

A sentence or two is plenty. You don't need to explain everything up front.

What happens next

  1. We'll get back to you to say hello and arrange a first conversation, at a time that suits you.
  2. We'll talk — online, wherever you are, or in person by arrangement.
  3. If it feels like a fit, we keep going at your pace, for as long as it's useful.

What a first conversation is like

The first conversation is simply a chance to meet, talk about what's bringing you here, and see whether it feels right. There's no pressure and nothing you need to prepare — you can come as you are. If it's not the right fit, that's completely okay, and we'll help you find another option.

Good to know: there's no referral to chase and no waiting on a plan — you can reach out directly whenever you're ready.
